WI-FI / BLE / ETHERNET / INTEGRATION PATH

Bring card events into a connected system.

Network models suit projects where a reader must communicate beyond a local USB host. Choose the transport and firmware behavior for the actual deployment, then confirm the selected hardware variant.

DEFINE THE APPLICATION

Start with the parts that decide the fit.

Separate the card operation from the network operation. Decide what the reader detects or reads, where the result is sent, and what happens when the connection is unavailable. A family may offer Wi-Fi, BLE or Ethernet configurations; use the model page and quotation to identify the connectors included in your chosen unit.

01

Transport and power

Specify the intended network and power arrangement. Ethernet, relay and power options must be confirmed for the exact variant.

02

Firmware and event flow

Describe the server protocol, payload and any local log or access-control behavior. Features may require a particular firmware or licence.

03

Deployment and recovery

Define provisioning, credentials and reconnect behavior. Test the complete application with interrupted connectivity and repeated card presentations.

MAKE THE INQUIRY SPECIFIC

Tell us what the project needs.

  • Where should a card event go, and through which protocol?
  • Which network, power and installation conditions?
  • Which local behavior or firmware licence is required?

Selection questions

Does every network reader include Ethernet?

No. The connection depends on the selected hardware variant. Confirm Ethernet and other options explicitly in your inquiry.

Does network connectivity include access-control features?

Connectivity and application firmware are separate choices. Confirm the required logs, relay behavior and licence for your project.
