INTEGRATION NOTES
Where it fits
Consider Online Round when a project needs a round NFC touchpoint connected through Wi-Fi or BLE. Define the reader-to-application workflow before selecting the mounting arrangement.
Integration choices
The model listing confirms USB, Wi-Fi and BLE for the default configuration, 13.56 MHz operation, ISO/IEC 14443 A/B and ISO/IEC 15693. Ethernet and PoE appear as separate selections.
The manufacturer’s accessory text is inconsistent about Ethernet adapters. This page therefore does not promise a bundled adapter. Ask for the exact configuration and accessory list in the quotation.
The family documentation describes server-connected operation, but the required protocol and behaviour must be checked for the selected firmware. Specify how card events will be handled, how the reader will reconnect and who maintains the receiving software.
The cover is a manufacturer Round series illustration showing enclosure and OEM board. It does not define the supplied housing or modules.
Prepare a quotation
Provide the card or tag, NFC commands, network link, server protocol, power arrangement and quantity. Include any Ethernet or PoE requirement explicitly.

About this reader
Does the default Round configuration include Ethernet or PoE?
This page specifies USB, Wi-Fi and BLE. Select Ethernet or PoE explicitly. The official accessory descriptions are inconsistent, so the quotation must confirm the chosen adapter and supplied cables.
Which server protocol should I request?
Specify the required protocol, message format and whether the server commands the reader or receives reader events. The selected firmware must be checked against that workflow.
